I was Issued a license to sell real property in Maryland in February of 1989. Obtained Maryland Associate Broker license in July 2006. Obtained Broker license in September 2008. I opened my own office, Doug Ashley REALTORS, LC in October of 2008.

I am a member of National Association of REALTORS, Maryland Association of REALTORS and the Bay Area Association of REALTORS. Past member of the Board of Directors of the Kent County Board of REALTORS and current member of the Bay Area Association of REALTORS.

As a full-time agent, I have prepared hundreds of Competitive Market Analysis reports for Kent and Queen Anne County seller's as well as sold many properties to buyer clients over the years. Ihave, year in and year out, maintained a multimillion-dollar sales volume.
